It starts with an idea

Every project starts with an idea. Sometimes there is already a concrete plan, sometimes there are vague ideas that still need to take shape. In both cases, we are happy to brainstorm with you! Because cardboard is a lot more versatile than you might think. From striking eye-catchers and decorative elements to complete exhibition stands and event decor: we make it all. In doing so, we look not only at the idea but also at the practical side. Where will it be placed? How will it be used? And what is needed to turn the design into reality? This is how we map out the requirements together and lay the foundation for the project.

Our design team gets to work

Are the ideas, measurements, and requirements clear? Then it is time to design! Our design team translates the plans into a design and creates the technical drawings needed to realize the project. In doing so, we naturally look at how the product looks, but also at how everything fits together. Which shapes work best? How do we connect the different parts? And how do we ensure that the design will not only be beautiful but also practical? This is how the first idea becomes increasingly concrete and the project takes shape step by step.

From technical drawing to graphic design

A good construction is one thing, but visual appeal is also important! That is why we also look at the graphic design. Which colors do we use? How do we incorporate the logo, texts, and other visual elements? And how do we ensure that the whole fits the image of the brand or event? Our DTP team works on the designs and ensures that the graphic design and the technical drawings align perfectly. The printing must, of course, end up in exactly the right place, taking into account all shapes, fold lines, and cutouts.

Time to bring the cardboard to life

Are all drawings and files ready? Then we get to work with the cardboard! We print the design onto the cardboard sheets and cut the various parts to size. Afterward, we remove the cut-out parts from the sheets and check that everything went correctly. Slowly but surely, the project transforms into something tangible. The individual parts are ready, and the project comes one step closer to the final result. And that is always fun to see: something that started as an idea on paper is suddenly literally right in front of you!

Setup on location

Then it is time to bring everything together! For projects where we also handle the assembly, we head to the location ourselves. We put the various parts together and ensure everything ends up in the right place. And after the event? Depending on the assignment, we also help with the dismantling. This way, we are sometimes involved from the very first idea to the moment everything has been cleaned up.
