Refund policy

There may, of course, be all kinds of reasons for wanting to return the product. We understand that, and it is always possible to return the product! Because we are a small company and we like to keep our sales prices low, you will unfortunately have to pay the shipping costs. The product can be returned in its original packaging!

Please note: As a consumer, you have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This does not apply to products that have been specially customised or made to your specifications. Unfortunately, returns are not possible for business orders.

 

1) Send an email to webshop@kartent.com. Enter your order number (starting with KAR) and let us know why you want to return your product. We will contact you and send you the return label. Do not return the product yourself with your own label!

2) When we receive the product in good condition, we will notify you and refund the amount minus the shipping costs.

The return shipping costs will be calculated afterwards (due to PostNL surcharges for incorrect packaging, etc.). These are expected to be (including VAT):
