Shipping Methods

For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:

  • We send letterbox parcels via PostNL.
  • We send small and large parcels via DPD or PostNL. You can choose your own carrier at checkout.
    - If you choose DPD*, you’ll benefit from free delivery on orders of €60 or more.
    - If you choose PostNL, free delivery does not apply; delivery charges will always be applied.
  • We deliver XL parcels via a specialist courier.

*In some cases, we may still send your order via PostNL. You will not be charged any extra costs for this.

Shipping time for NL / BE / DE / UK / CH

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: If you place your order before 3 p.m. on working days, we will ship your parcel today. Please note: Products with printing or gluing, for example, have a longer delivery time. This can also occur with very large quantities, but we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Other European countries: If you place your order before 3 p.m. on working days, we will ship your package today. United Kingdom: We offer shipping to the United Kingdom. Please note that additional costs such as import duties may apply. For an overview of the expected costs for delivery to the United Kingdom, please contact us at webshop@kartent.com.

Switzerland:

  • Orders received by us before Monday morning will be produced the same week and shipped on Thursday or Friday from our local partners.
  • The average shipping time is 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a track and trace link (barcode) from us immediately, which will only be active after shipment.
  • There are products that we cannot manufacture locally, in which case you will see the shipping option from the Netherlands. The turnaround time for this is approximately 3-5 working days, provided there are no problems with customs. Is your order urgent? We are happy to help, so feel free to send us an email and we will respond on the same working day.

Wondering what the delivery charges will be for you? You’ll see the exact delivery charges at checkout once you’ve entered your address. For some countries, no delivery charges are shown at checkout; we’ll send these to you for approval after you’ve placed your order.

Free shipping

Free delivery on orders of €60 or more for small and large parcels within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany (excluding delivery of small and large parcels via PostNL).

Free shipping for XL parcels available from a certain order value per country:

BE – from €750
DE, LUX – from €1000
FR, DK, ES – from €2500
