Will you be our new Project and Office Manager at Kartent?
Do you enjoy being the spider in the web? Can you tie everything together? And can you create order in our (cardboard) chaos?

We're Kartent, and we make absolutely everything out of cardboard: whether you live, work, or play. Our products are sturdy, original, fully recyclable, and locally produced. We're a young, informal, yet professional team looking for someone to keep us running like a well-oiled machine!

What are you going to do?
As Project and Office Manager, you're our all-rounder who ensures that our projects and the office run smoothly:

  • Coordinating projects from A to Z
  • Maintain contact with customers and suppliers
  • Keeping the administration up to date
  • Making the plans
  • Coordinating events
  • Supporting the team in daily work

This role is 50/50: project management and office management. It's primarily operational, with a focus on providing structure and overview.

Who are we looking for?

  • Assertive, energetic, structured and solution-oriented
  • You like to get things done and quickly see where things can be improved.
  • Experience is a plus, but not a requirement
  • You like to organize and control a bit of chaos
