An XL camel for Code Yellow
Code Geel, specialists in change communication, knows better than anyone how to involve people in transformation. For a project related to the Sustainable Government Collective Labor Agreement, they asked us to create a giant cardboard camel.
Why a camel?
The camel symbolizes the peaks of the workweek: Tuesdays and Thursdays are busy, Wednesdays are quiet, and Fridays are still. If you draw that, it resembles a camel's humps. That's why a camel hunt was born! The goal was to find incentives for employees to come to the office on off-peak days. The large cardboard camel helped Code Geel and the Sustainable Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) pilot program to initiate discussions about camel week with employees in Utrecht, Groningen, and Arnhem.
Cardboard as a means of communication
We were commissioned to create this unique eye-catcher: a large cardboard camel, sturdy enough to make a statement on location and light enough to move. Have you seen it?
