At Easyfairs, one of the largest trade fair organisations in the Netherlands, it was time for an innovative solution for their signage at events. For this reason, we were approached with the question of whether we could replace the existing system. This was because the current system required too much work and time to set up. After consultation and joint brainstorming sessions, we came up with a simple, sustainable solution that not only makes the signage easier, but also contributes to a more sustainable event.

Innovative Signage

We developed an innovative system where the signage consists of cardboard signs with a side panel for extra visibility. The system is designed to be assembled without tools and easy to move. By using sandbags as weight, the sign remains stable, even at busy events.

This solution is not only efficient and user-friendly, but also a sustainable alternative to traditional signage that is often made of heavy materials. In addition, it saves time during the set-up and dismantling of events, which is a great advantage for the organizers.

Delivered Fast and Efficiently

Thanks to close cooperation we were able to deliver this system quickly and tailor-made for the Dutch Comic Con in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. How cool!
